Hello Food Service Girl,,,great name for a business.... Don't, don't look at yourself that you don't have an education. You have the best education that money can buy and that's life. If you ever sat down with yourself and wrote a resume of everything you've done in life. It would be a 5 page resume. As an SBC(Small Business Consultant) if there is an industry that you want to go in. Work in that area. Call companies that do catering services. Tell your boss you want to open your own catering service company. Let me tell you, you will get so much help. You won't know what to do. I've been on cragslist and they lots of cheap things that you can buy. I eve saw like pot & pans in good condition for under $20.00 bucks... Start there and work in a catering service business. Like that you can learn the ropes... Good Luck & You can do it!!
